The Atwood Landing master plan will be introduced in two carefully planned phases. Phase One represents our initial release and includes the first collection of curated park model sites and signature amenities, as depicted in the master site plan. Beginning at the Boston RV Show, guests are invited to take part in this founding release by reserving a preferred site with a $1,000 deposit. Reservation deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to opening, offering both confidence and flexibility as this exceptional coastal community comes to life.
